What is Immunocal Platinum?

Immunocal Platinum® is different from  Immunocal in that it contains two additional ingredients.  Redox Modulating Formula (RMF) and  Cytokine Modulating Proteins (CMP™). 

Redox Modulating Formula (RMF)

RMF helps to lower the bodies acidity levels. Having high levels of acidity in the body weakens all body systems and studies have shown that prolonged high levels of acidity can lead to premature aging as well as a host of other sicknesses and diseases. Having a proper PH balance in the body is critical for optimal health.

Cytokine Modulating Proteins (CMP™) 

Immunocal Platinum contains CMP, which are "Cytokine Modulating Proteins" that modulate or reduce cytokines and reduce inflammation. Lactose has been removed from this product, so it is well tolerated by lactose intolerant individuals.

What is Immunocal?

Immunocal is an all-natural non-prescription health product available in the USA and Canada and in many countries worldwide. This special undenatured whey protein holds many national and international patents and is medically recognized in the Physicians’ Desk Reference (“PDR” U.S.A.) and Compendium of Pharmaceutical Specialties (“CPS” Canada). Immunocal Platinum is produced from 100% USDA inspected milk collected from USDA inspected cows raised on a special contract farm in the state of Idaho. The cattle are grazed on natural grasses that are growing in some of the most selenium-rich soils in the world. This helps to increase the selenium content of the milk, and the selenium content of Immunocal. (Selenium is vitally important in the body's production of glutathione, considered the master-antioxidant in the human body.)

The pastures of these cows are NOT treated with pesticides or toxic chemicals of any kind. The cows are certified free of BSE, steroids, hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides. If a cow requires treatment with an antibiotic or other such agent, it is removed from the herd and its milk is not used until the antibiotic is fully cleared from its body.

Purity: According to the manufacturer, it takes 125 gallons of raw organic milk to produce one box of Immunocal. Immunocal is bio-filtered and freeze-dried for wholesomeness and purity. It is virtually fat-free and lactose free (<0.5% lactose). The manufacture of Immunocal is subject to the regulations applicable to the pure food laws in the state of Idaho and these regulations are enforced by the Dairy Bureau of the Idaho Department of Agriculture.

How is Immunocal Made

Immunocal is purified without the use of high-heat pasteurization, which can damage the immune enhancing factors in raw milk. The total bacterial count is less than 1000g with no detectable pathogens and/or antibiotics.

The whey protein concentrate (WPC) marketed as Immunocal Bioactive Whey Protein has been tested in hundreds of laboratory experiments on mice (20% in formula diets) from 1980 to 1992 without any signs of toxicity. WPC fed mice were not distinguishable from controls, in terms of growth rate, hair appearance, serum protein, etc. 1-8
